chandru, vix made a high about 17.26 since nifty opened gap down. It is falling since then and cmp is about 16.89. But pcr was up at 0.93 eod yesterday as compared to 0.88/0.83 in last two days. Hence the big fall. If vix and pcr fall intraday, I feel nifty will recover from here as it has already gone over 90 below yesterday's high. |

yes me too watching that level. spot bounced there today (showing as low) which was previous lowest close level (9/4/2013).
yesterday calls had shedded in good numbers 10 lakh shares each in 5700ce and 5800ce. today 5600ce has added back 15 lakh shares for now and puts are shedding OI. there is no clarity still.  |

which one? the one with +WW? as long as 17.84 is not broken, I feel no need to worry. However, it is in an uptrend. Note that nifty CAN go up with increasing vix in initial stages, often upto 20. It's just that intraday moves are violent and hence best to go by "daily close" based SLs.
It made another low of 16.33 and is falling. |

| When NF tried to go up for a few days....global markets has started showing red and again CE is adding OI today....someday it will do surprise short vering ......it may not be today... |

exactly what i wanted to discuss.
its been top stock and company for years so its salvaging these brutal falls somehow. any other stock would have become penny by now.
but how many more such quarters can it keep surviving? already its become dull to trade inbetween quarters unlike earlier as if regular trading in it has lost the charm.. |
