i have seen SBIN being in discount by 30-40 points when it has fallen alot to 1600 and 1800 zones. but why 30 points discount now. why bank stocks and bank nifty single digit premium after a healthy bounce? not seen this before.
nifty is having 20 points premium on other hand |

I am responding ONLY because apak mentioned black magician! 
Banks and bank nifty are down because they may reach bottom by Monday or Tuesday morning before rallying towards 3rd May rbi policy. That's why I advised buying 12300pe for banknifty.
Nifty will also go down but probably not as much as banknifty due to defensives. |

| now may fut OI is very less. one thing for sure right now, this level is not seeing volume participation in trading as we saw increased when nifty went below 5800. |

| VIX made a low of 14.20. If it goes above 14.41 then nifty may go down. CMP 14.36. |
