not necessarily, only wild swings will increase. vix should cross well above 2 times cboe vix (cmp 13.96) for bears to attack. IMHO, that would happen only after a close below 6480NF. |

Nifty for Monday (07/04/14)
Supports are at about 6677, 6652 and 6547 while resistances are at about 6707, 6716, 6728, 6736 and 6782. Four +WWs can give about 6734/6765 (once above 6685) and 6810/6852 (once above 6697) +WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Three -WWs can give about 6676 and 6544/6527 (once below 6741) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A rising channel/wedge can give about 6500 in case nifty continues to go down. A falling wedge can give 6775 if nifty goes and remains above 6710. A HnS can give lower levels in case of a break down below 6670.
Nifty fell again closed below 6700 and is showing signs of tiredness. Also, a -ve div has appeared on weekly chart. Hence, nifty may fall more. Nifty will have to close above 6760 to go up further. If it sustains below 6690, it could fall more. Oil price and/or INR and other global cues will remain key to the future of Indian markets in immediate to short term. VIX has spiked and can cause wild intraday swings. |

| Nifty boundaries. I would now keep SL of 5/15tf close above/below 6728/6648 NS for shorts/longs. |

24th April is declared a trading holiday because of voting in Bombay! Nifty April FnO month close has to be shifted! Why cant offices be kept open and staff allowed to come 1/2 hr late or go 1/2 hr early as before?
Do we need a long drawn out voting tamasha with policy, routine actions, everything, shut for 2 months???
(Bangalore has holiday on 17th April leading to 4 day weekend)

| we should not forget only 3 working days next week and first day of next week before market open is infy results, which IMHO will be bad. |
