7955 / 7957 can act as a very very strong resistance and could reverse from there unless it open above it...
also it is the higher end of the tunnel as per JT's sheet... |

may be something to note or may be i m reading too much into this...
SGX did not make a new high despite NF crossing days high...
secondly all time frames from 15 / 30 / 60 / 5 hr (SGX) has a hanging man... dont know if this means anything... |

| chart of 8000ce. check out the volume for a range of about 22 as compared to that during fall from 129 to 29, handle of a likely CnH already formed and another bigger one likely to form. Incidentally the volume in last 5 min today was almost 13 lacs. |

Great no doubt..... For all, when Vinay RR and RK are all bullish follow AI BI TSL mantra and be long..... Or hedged long .... No point going against 'wisdom'.
A gap up or gap down I big one will only kill the momentum...... And change it to bearish..... Irrespective of the gap direction ... A bullish gap can extend 70 points up.
A bullish gap shall be a novice gap indicating bearishness while a bearish gap shall be a professional gap indicating same bearishness |

| amit, whether gap up or down on monday, whatever is going to happen will. Then why fight it? as long as about 7830 holds, no issues. |

Nifty for Monday (25/08/14)
Supports are at about 7890, 7857 and 7786 while resistances are at about 7944, 7956 and 8006. An unfilled gap on lower side is at 7891. Four +WWs can give about 7939, 7966, 7989 and 8073 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 7891 (once below 7937) and 7853 (once below 7924) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A bullish flag can give higher level unless killed below 7810. An IHnS can give about 8170-8275 in case nifty sustains above about 7881.
Nifty rose a bit and closed above 7900 for the first time. Daily candle is like a spinning top cum evening star with good volume, which may suggest that some consolidation is likely. Also, though there is a mild +ve div over last 3 days, the -ve div on daily and weekly over longer period still persists and RSI has not gone above 67.25. However, monthly chart is still good. Friday was a NR7 day and we could see a big move on Monday. Close above 7928 will be bullish. A close below 7840 will bring bears back and a close below 7746 will be bad. Liquidity is strong and one needs to be careful. We can also see wild intraday swings this week being expiry.

14/30/70 rsi on daily shows 63.80. |
