if one is short, SL should be about 7905NS.

...as per pivot system.....above 7893+5 poins it shall trigger 30 point buying as just posted ...lets see...

effectively 'long' as per both points u mentioned and the pivot (7893 NS)

i also feel S&P at 1997 would still be long above 2000....2100 somewhere in between i expect topping......hence markets can be sideways for few days and up also.....but Aug has exhausted the rally for me .....may be one moth more ...where very high volatility but ending at same levels or lower......

keep a watch on infy and banknifty. banknifty was buy around 15500 as per positional basis.

SBI is in gap fill area daily and shall reverse fast in case of upmove short term......2460-2480

SBI+ up 20-30 points......respected the professional DZ which works fabulously "intra day"

Nifty can hit the opposing range of 7918 NF and move down....if the sell trigger(S) as per various systems was proper.......

Broadening top with a possible "partial decline". If yes, target of break out is about 8067.

Breach of 7863/40/23 can be increasing signs of possible negation.

NS todays close 7906.30.. a strange coincidence...

God is great. It shows that NF didn't break yesterday's low though NS did, which means we may just see a bit lower level tmrw also.

if one looks at it from view point of price action, two things emerge (a) NF refusing to close below a level (in this case appx. 7906) on consecutive days and (b) NS closing above 7900 on 3 consecutive days, a sign often considered as bullish by analysts.

Of course, the level may have been breached intraday and may belong to diff months in which case, it may not be so much as a +ve sign.

Nifty for Wednesday (27/08/14)

Supports are at about 7891, 7873, 7863/57, 7840, 7823 and 7804 while resistances are at about 7914, 7947, 7973, 7986, 8001, 8014 and 8026. Four +WWs can give about 7934, 7953, 7989 and 8013 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 7857 and 7803 (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A bullish flag can give much higher level unless killed below 7795. A bearish flag can give lower level unless killed above 7940. An IHnS can give about 8170-8275 in case nifty sustains above about 7881.

Nifty fell a bit after a gap down open but recovered to close flat and above 7900 again. The -ve div on daily and weekly still persists and RSI has not gone above 67.25. However, monthly chart is still good. Close above 7969 will be bullish. A break below 7863 will be worrisome but a close below 7840 will bring bears back. Liquidity is strong and one needs to be careful. We can also see wild intraday swings, this week being expiry.

now that figure looks stupid to me as to why I gave seeing SGX nifty at 7937.

no particular reason, I figured that's where it would go once 7850 spot would break as 7800pe OI isn't that high.

hmm but vinay yesterday after touching 56 lakh OI it closed near 47 lakh OI ( EOD-13%) after the fall and also after the rise it shedded OI.

While 7900ce added 10.65 lakh OI (EOD+21%).

we may as well fight for 7900 while writers enjoy premiums of 7800, 7900 and 8000 strikes. Mad
