if it falls further, best place to go long around 8440-8400 where I will add. nifty has touched bottom line of gramophone today and hence bought[/quote] |

ritesh, as posted many day ago, 8415-8390 was crucial zone. I added longs when it went below 8400. Placed order to buy more around 8400NF though I feel low may be over.
SL for positional long is much below i.e. daily close below 8368NF |

ritesh, IMHO, you shouldn't trade if you don't have conviction about your trade and that too with a SL which I can't understand how you got.
Look at these facts (a) NF fell 39 from morning low but 8700ce only fell 0.85. Also, I bought at 9.95 when NS was 6400 but later it was 10.20 when NS was 8376. What else does it tell us if not accumulation?
If at all you are worried, tight SL should be close at absolute day's low. anyway, let's see what happens after 2.45. |

Vinay,
Fibo retracement 38.2% from recent rally of 7724 to 8627 comes to around 8285......
do you think it may go there before moving up.... |

yes, in fact three "identical" black crows since 2nd and 3rd candle opened near close of previous one implying much more fall. The only doubt about this formation is that the first candle did not really start at the high of the trend.
However, if tmrw's candle is green and closes above high of 3rd candle i.e. 8445 then it becomes a rare Mat Hold pattern indicating bullish continuation.
Note that bullish div is developing and hence tmrw may be very strongly +ve. |
