This is just a personal view and neither a recommendation nor a tip nor an advice for any trade.

Nifty for Wednesday (10/12/14)

Supports are at about 8312 and 8280 while resistances are at about 8374, 8431, 8479 and 8496. A previous low was about 8290. A +WW can give about 8650 (if above 8345) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). A -WW can give about 8287 (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A bearish flag can give much lower level unless killed above about 8485. A falling wedge can give about 8500 if nifty sustains above 8345.

Nifty fell sharply again and closed below 8350 and is distinctly bearish. Though daily candle is again a big, bearish Marubuzo, bullish div seems to be developing and one needs to protect one's short position. Nifty is now in a "sell on rise" state unless it closes above 8445 on Wednesday and confirmed by a close above 8538 later. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term. Liquidity continues to be strong.

I don't know since I don't categorise myself like that. As an investor, I am always a bull. My daily posts are for possibilities on either side if certain levels are broken. No one can tell where market will go, where it will stop, etc. Some times I try to post possibilities on a longer scale i.e. for the month or so.

And if I am confusing, good for you. That will force you to do your own study rather than only depend on spoon feeding. Smile

And mostly, not everyone can understand everything. So don't beat yourself up about it. 24

Vinay: How about? Not many can understand much of anything? Even if spoon fed?
Clarification: I am one of this lot!

my dear, I added to my 8700ce on open today. If I am right about my feeling about nifty for dec then your 8600ce is definitely safe. Note SL of daily close below about 8368NF/8315NS.

Remember, we need to see NS/NF closing preferably above 8445/8478 today.

Today's intraday target seems to be 8432NF, SL 8343.
However, I am hoping for H-L > at least 90 if not 130 for today.
AND, I feel, barring another 20-30 fall today, if at all, it's up and up for dec.

one can never be sure about the market, right? 500 points in 11 days looks difficult, correct? but, many times nifty has sharply reversed 300/400 points in 3-4 days. if that happens, will you not change your mind? Smile

No no, Vinay takes tattoos imprinted as a return of thanks. Just ask Ritesh.

apka, different approach for different friends. BTW, tattoo was ritesh's offer. Similarly, NU2013's offer for a drink can not be turned down. Smile
