Nifty for Friday (28/11/14)
Supports are at about 8485, 8464, 8435, 8387 and 8298 while resistances are at about 8516, 8529, 8537 and 8580. Four +WWs can give about 8524 (if above 8435), 8546/96 (if above 8446) and 8569 (if above 8485) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 8450/31 (if below 8513) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A channel BO/BD can give 8595/8365.
Nifty rose again but closed just below 8500. The bearish div persists and will not go unless nifty crosses 8536. Friday must close above 8512 and preferably above 8531. Friday is also an important day being weekly and monthly close. A close below 8477 will be bad but a close below 8430 will invite bears. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term. Trade carefully being an expiry day. |

60tf chart. pattern of volume in "next month's" NF in last 3 days upto expiry. pattern is same since feb. Though normally this is true for all months, nifty has fallen only in one month if I remember right.
Incidentally, as of yesterday, FIIs' average cost was 8633NF. Today's figure is not available. I won't be surprised by a 200-300 point rise in 3 days. Pl correct me if I am wrong.
Caveat - if NS doesn't cross 8536, doesn't close above 8531 and closes below 8430, above bullish feeling is negated. |

FII Average cost 8631/8555. These numbers are not seen earlier in index. Are you predicting future prices? |

Ok. Then why is there decoupling between equity markets and bond market?
Remember the famous decoupling everyone used to honk about in 2010 when we again went for 6300. |
