SNP has said 1/3 chances still there for Indias downgrade in next 2 years if reforms are slow, political environment doesnt remain stable, growth dips, etc.
But the keyword was it has retained -BBB rating as of yesterday. Lets see what market reacts as per opening. |

we never know!! yes, some short covering in first 1-2 hrs. but over all bias would be down I feel. |
