what about the SC/ST quota bill fight in the parliament, can that be enough for SP to say they withdraw support...

Apka: BSP aka Maya wants SC/ST quota, not SP! SP will not rock the boat as between them, SP and BSP, have made UP pocket khali and want Central phinansial support!!! Also, Maya much more practical than Dr No didi (of 'tera behaviour deewana' fame). She will be happy with assurances and reassurances for the time being (to show her supporters she cares!)

Yes BSP wants it, if they get it, will it be reason enough for SP to withdraw support.. vote banks for BSP may increase drastically with such measures which is why SP oppposing. Their members were also thrown out to have proper listening on the bill.

5806/5820/25 is possible. However, premium is now falling but PCR still 1.04. So much lower levels? 5600pe is 5.75

Just repeating it because I still feel we may see 6150NS in Dec.

Sam: More than happy! Esp as they promise even more measures to come. (Step 1 mostly executed!)
2 Next I want strict restrictions on quant/ high freq trading AND removal of broker computers' connections hot wired into NSE computers (to save milli seconds?).
3 Just like value restrictions imposed y'day, lets have restrictions on number of trades executable from one broker/ one broker branch/ one broker terminal
4 I want SEBI to insist on order reversal where a stupid mistake (delib or accident like the one on 05 Oct) hurts the mango people. Let the guilty party be charged for the compensation to be paid!
5 Also let SEBI build up an investor protection fund (to partly pay for {4}) by charging say 0.001% on trade turnover
Lets have a level trading floor and let skill (and luck) decide the winner/s. Jai Hind. Prakash Holla

More economy boosting steps in few weeks: FM:

Some more steps will be taken in next few weeks to turn around the economy, Finance Minister P Chidambaram has said.

Retail inflation still remains sticky; no room for complacency, he added.
