practice speech from RBI:
inflation has come down. we hope to have it fall further down. (meanwhile market rises)... but at the same time it is still above comfort level and we cannot be complacent at this point (market falls)... we are holding the repo rate, reverse repo rate, crr (market falls)... however we plan to ..... (tv goes blank)... |

considering tomorrow being advance tax day, rbi may give a indication as it nrmlly does 1 saturday before policy. |

Monday will be a fresh day.....dollar gives a good bounce after NIFTY closes....see what;s the reason.....
Over all we are still in distribution mode....may be some more time it will be like this....bigger move to come later..may be up or may be down.....God knows |

how to be sure though distribution or accumulation ? |
God knows now....market will tell us later...by the weekly candle is red.... |

Small nos. = less than 1 lakh shares.
[1] Fut: Fut closed up 38 points on behest of short covering. During the day OI addition was about 4 lakhs or so, and after nifty rose near 40 points it went to 8 lakhs, thereafter nifty fell and again rose.. OI dropped to 6 lakhs and eventually EOD -1.35 lakhs.
[2] Calls: In the money calls have shedded OI in very small nos. 5900ce has added OI in very small nos. 6000ce has shedded OI in very small nos. 6100ce has added near 4 lakh shares and 6200ce has shedded near 4 lkah shares. but 6200ce is insignificant right now because the value it is trading at is less than 3. So even if "unsure option writers" have covered their position a bit doesnt reveal much.
[3] Puts: Except 5900pe all in the money puts have shedded OI but in small nos. 5900pe and 5900ce are almost neck to neck in OI as well as value. 5800pe has added near 10 lakh shares strengthing it to 92 lakh total OI. Remaining figures are just near 1 lakh shares intraday, therefore insignificant.
5800pe has shedded most premium 3 days back it was near 20.50 @ 5930 fut. now it is at 17 about @ 5915 or so.
Overall mixed closing in FNO, no clear sign of trend build up. |

The whole picture should change from 19th onwards. |
