reduction in premium has created difficulties now.... Laughing ...now a few possibilities are there for a stoploss, either to place a stoploss above 5965 spot or above the recent future highs around 6000.....that means another 35 points above the current spot high...

Auto stocks are looking very vulnerable to any correction, I believe. If the overall market corrects from here, auto stocks will be one of the worst hit. I see the front line auto stocks corrects by at least 30 to 40 % in the next 2 to 3 months. Anyway, if the market doesn't correct from here, then this idea wont work. So, let's wait and see how they perform in the next few weeks.

expect a NIFTY spot one more high above 5965 spot in this series. Smile

This down move can be capped by 5840-50 spot max I think.

Today, read an interesting article regarding how the stocks are valued globally as per their current price to book ratios compared to historical values....It shows that the Emerging markets not that expensive...or pretty cheap.....sharing that document here:

NOTE:

Dark blue (very cheap) = current relative valuation < -1.5 standard deviations from historical average

Light blue (cheap) = current relative valuation between < -1.5 and <0> -0.75 and <0> +0.75 and <1> +1.5 standard deviations from historical average
