Even for Nifty future, if it CLOSES below 5874, it will be like a lower high and lower lows kinda scenario (on a closing basis). The only positive is that it didn't go below 5840, which was its recent intraday low.... |

but 5800ce has added 10 lakh shares and 5900pe and 6000pe have shedded in big nos. 15 lakh shares each.
5900ce added 20 lakh shares. |

Recent NF low and today's NS low are around 5840....  ..anyway, 5840 has held for the time being....will there be a good bounce back on monday??...let's wait and see...looks a weak closing to me though...  |

I'll check vinay.
for today, dec fut has shedded 40 lakh shares (total OI now 155 lakh shares) so good long exits and in return jan fut added 43 lakh shares (total OI 75 lakh shares) whether its a long build with dec long exits or fresh shorts cannot know for sure. But put options saw short covering.
RSI on trendline basis, from 4800 whenever we have fallen, rsi has also been bouncing from a trendline at which it has reached today.
Tuesday being holiday, monday 2nd half will be interesting incase we lang low during the 1st half then yes short covering should come. |

| gap up is not a "necessary condition" but preferably yes. (you mst be aware of the mathematical term) Closing above 5916 is. |

Dear Friends,
I am a regular reader of this thread for past 1 month. Have learnt a few things thru this thread. Contributing here for the 1st time.
Just want to know your opinion on long term view of nifty. Its a retrospective question (& a bit late to ask too) but did Nifty create an Inverted Head & Shoulder Pattern with Dec 2011 low as the Head. (see attached chart).
It satisfies almost all the conditions of IHnS pattern
- Existing prior trend
- left & right shoulder at almost same level
- breakout & pullback to neckline
- follow up of breakout after pullback
The target for Nifty as per this pattern looks to be 6665.
My long term view for Nifty is bearish for 2013, but this IHnS is worrying me a bit.
Would appreciate if you guys share your opinion on this.
