If pre-open candles are to be believed, 5802-6055 seems to be the range though worst case 5720 is possible.

As I stated before Nifty might take strong support around 5800-5820. If today's Close below 5810 might create big problem.

We are at edge. If not short covering, then big fall can be seen in index today. Very Happy

As per Expanding Triangle shown before, Nifty must Close above 5810. Middle line resistance around @ 5920. Above that good up move.

5900ce crosses 80 Lakh OI. 5900pe OI has halved from its high point in feb.

focus is shifting to writing 5800ce.

6000ce has crossed 95 lakh OI...

no covering in 5800pe yet.

As off now, no fresh shorter are ready to short and no old shorter are ready to cover, no fresh buyer are ready to buy. next couple of hours are crucial.

If Nifty may stay above 5810 and go up tick by tick, short covering will increase tick by tick. Let's see.

Railway Budget
Positive for markets: If freight and cargo rates are hiked.
Any cut in subsidies is best for country balance sheet.
Negative: If subsides increase for any reason whatsoever.

My cousin who is sitting next to me now, has pointed out that I have done a mistake by going for a CALL with huge premium. Yea, I felt so, especially since I wont be carrying it overnight. So, exited the CALLs and bought Feb futures around 5812....by the way, I'm not much hopeful of any upmoves....this is just to take any advantage if the last support holds for the day and if there is any pullback during railway budget. Anyway, let's see what the market does from here on.
