By the way, not clear about the inflation data...most probably on Jan 14.......IIP data is coming this friday....

I won't be surprised by a freak trade in Jan. May be on 14/15th.

Freak trades do happen on the upside, Apka...especially in Individual stocks.....that's why you see some abnormal towers on the charts of some stocks..... Laughing

the only freak fut upside i saw was 50 points upside few days back when sharebaaz made his guest appearance here, fut rose 5885->5895 and then blast to 5949 in 2 seconds... then spot catch up...

volatility has been very low in index...hope it moves to 6050 or 5950 NF today and shows some activity Smile

I haven't seen many trades like that in the index...but on individual scrips, it happens fre(ak)quently.... Laughing
