Market is not showing any strength.....so, one should be a bit cautious.....a break below 5977 and then sustaining there could be bad....above all, I have a feeling that today could be the last day of consolidation before something big happens....I believe that there will be some selling, at least from tomorrow onwards....I had mentioned it yesterday itself....so, please be careful...even if there is some recovery in the second half....my suggestion is to use it as an opportunity to book profit in LONGs....I could be wrong...but that's what I feel at this point of time...  |

6025-50 may be possible sam, so is closing above 6010. But closing below 5977, particularly weekly, is bad. |

One event is due ...I am hoping it will unfold today ....or tomorrow first half...market normally does not give it easily....hence giving time till tomorrow....

Another possibility is that you may not find a bottom for the next few weeks.....  ....there are a lot of possibilites, Vinay....so, let's wait and see how we're gonna trade for the next 2 days...especially tomorrow.... |

Chart is setup for friday -- IIP Data and INFY Quarterly Result.
1) Blue rising wedge pattern has constricted in a confined zone. Either tomorrow or friday we will have a breakout / breakdown of atleast 80-100 points. Previous rising channel was like this on 4th Oct 2012 and on 5th we saw a breakdown when nifty showed 4888 low with that freak selling. The top for blue channel is 6045 and bottom comes at 5982, lets see whether we gap up and where we close.
2) Green support lines on friday would be extended to near 5949 and 5885 where nifty may stop and reverse if it falls.
3) RSI indicator has also been bouncing from a supporting trendline highlighted below in red.
My inclication is towards breakdown as steel stocks which lead the rally saw selling pressure today. But lets see tomorrow. |

| As of now, it has broken 5965 and bounced back. A convincing break below that can give 5840. Only hope for bulls hoping for 6100+ in is strong liquidity. 6057-60NS is a good hurdle. Also, weekly close below 5977 is bad. |
