| I still feel that these are good levels to initiate SELLs or to buy PUTs......I'm buying a few more PUTs here...around these levels...let's wait and see how far we can go from here or where we close at the end of the day....current rate is around 6007..... |

Bullish sentiment restored with this up move after encouraging inflation numbers. If RBI cut the rates it will continue. The upcoming fuel rate hike and consequent pressure on inflation may resist rate cut. Further inflation rise may halt Govt.from pressuring RBI just before elections.
In my view chances are equal .No edge right now.

In addition to that I feel, RBI will wait to see what things are proposed in the budget and then decide in next meet in March. |
