Are you expecting NF to breach 6000 levels this week?

yes taxmann but barely. I feel 5980NS is possible as of now but not below that. However, 6035 is first support. Also, 6038 was gap created on Thursday-Friday

I wonder whether a bear trap was created today after FM tried hard in Hongkong to "sell" India. Smile

I agree that it can be a trap but FM is trying hard to avoid a downgrade as he knows that fiscal deficit will be hard to meet the desired target.
However I am short and may lose money tomorrow,

Following is a chart of NIFTY EQ 1 Hr TF
The price is moving in a rising wedge since last few days.
It tried to break this wedge today but that was a false breakout.
Now, the price will give a breakdown tomorrow or will it rise to move towards the upper trendline and this seems more probable.

why two posts saumya? Also, if you draw a smaller wedge inside your wedge, it has already broken down and target is about 5990. What's more, wedge drawn by you is too vacant at its base compared to its width and I doubt it.

There is a possibility of one more high is present! At the same time we are in a good setup for correction. If anyone is following market trend still it is not a short. But probably avoid long I feel. Equation is in favor of bears except the trend. Fingers crossed at the moement.

seems like a normal correction.... if i remember right earlier we crossed 5945 and corrected to near 5825 then up .. then touched 6040 then corrected to imp level 5940... then new high 6100 and again corrected to 6040 level... (retesting of previous highs).. so if nifty crosses 6100 .. then 6100 should come again by this train of movement.. early to conclude but just something to keep in mind.
