we have also reached 6027 spot which comes at near 6020 support level if u connect bottoms from 21-12-2012 daily candles. |
6021 low and what a recovery .. 40 points |

wont be a hammer due to long wick above the body... body will be of 2 points... so almost a doji |

It's a star, a likely morning star to be confirmed if nifty closes tmrw at 6065 or higher after preferably a gap up open. But three dojis/stars in last 4 days shows uncertainty |

From a website (for todays candlestick analysis):
Candlestick Analysis
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
Doji
Bullish Harami Cross
Today a Doji was formed. This shows indecision about the direction of the market and it represents a tug-of-war between buyers and sellers.
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Cross Pattern. This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation |

Nifty (NS) is moving in a pattern, since last 9 days.
Will it continue. |

saumya, the harami pattern is only valid if the price doesnt not exceed previous days body range..
Quote: | Treasury prices climbed ahead of a vote that is expected to suspend the U.S.'s debt cap so the country can continue to borrow and pay its bills. |
when is this vote btw ? |

it's not harami cross because today's candle is not fully within yesterday's one. |

Vinay, it can be considered as a Harami Cross as the body of today's candle is within the body of yesterday's candle. However, for a perfect Harami, complete candlestick (including the wicks) will be within the body of the previous day's candle. |

Vinay: You mean the Indian definition or the Japanese definition? Or both?
