nifty Future open low same
8600 PE open high same...
play cautiously... unless 8600 PE high is taken out and sustains above it for 10/15 mins, then probably will see some down move, else, NF will keep spiking up....
needs to cross 8626, for any further upmove...
keep an eye on 8400 PE, feel buying happening there....fallen just 1.5 re, when NF from 8598 to 8614 ....

never held my options for so long. Finally got bored and sold Jan 8400ce bought at 47 and Feb 8800ce bought at 25.
But I am worried since nifty can go up 100 each for next 3 days. |

This is just a personal view and neither a recommendation nor a tip nor an advice for any trade.
Nifty for Wednesday (21/01/14) and beyond
Supports are at about 8659, 8644, 8610, 8577 and 8525 while resistances are at about 8722, 8745, 8779, 8793 and 8863. Previous unfilled gap on lower side is at about 8550. A +WW can give about 8823 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 8530 (once below 8635) and 8453 (once below 8563) (-WWs with lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A rising wedge break down can give about 8400 if nifty sustains below 8660.
Nifty rose sharply in spite of a gap up open, made an all time high by a big margin and also closed at an all time high by a big margin, just below 8700 and looks very bullish. The bearish div has completely vanished due to this rise and nifty seems to be headed much higher. A breach of 8660 will be first warning of further likely fall. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term. |
