| Caution advice on longs though nifty can continue to rise along lower TL before break down, which is possible. |

This is just a personal view and neither a recommendation nor a tip nor an advice for any trade.
Nifty for Thursday (22/01/14) and beyond
Supports are at about 8720, 8698, 8668 and 8617 while resistances are at about 8773 and 8870. Previous unfilled gap on lower side is at about 8550. Two +WWs can give about 8747 (if above 8703) and 8829 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Three -WWs can give about 8693 (if below 8736), 8674 (if below 8744) and 8533 (once below 8669) (-WWs with lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A rising wedge break down can give about 8415 if nifty sustains below 8675.
Nifty made another all time high and also closed at an all time high above 8700 and looks very bullish. However, daily candle is a hanging man cum spinning top. In general, it is bullish above 8742 and bearish below 8689. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term, particularly the ECB meeting on Thursday evening and Greek elections on 25/01. |
