not in NS but a morning star. Also, though it breached 50dma, it opened and closed above it. However, weekly is bearish engulfing but so was week ending 13/12 and that was much bigger. Also, steve's 3 ema crossed below 15. Mixed feelings. I will attach a chart of 6400ce with volume soon. |

NF at 6222 -6200 call was 117..
NF at 6261 -- 6200 at 131...
14 rs rise for a 39 point NF rise.. strange for an ITM option..
vinay, is it the falling / low vix?.. if this is the case, then is it then better to buy futures when vix is at the lowest?
always wanted to know the corealtion...how does it work? |
ritesh, the only reason I can think of is that premium dropped as vix fell or vice versa and as writing seems to continue and so is accumulation. And now I feel buying on long side will skyrocket.
Attached is a chart of 6400ce for 3 days. Compare volume on left side (day before) with that on right side i.e. today for a mere 7 point range at lower level of 6400ce. Note the interesting data for 6400ce today e.g. OI 3.8M, change in OI (-) 63K, volume 2.5 L, IV 13.93 and price (-) 7.90. Change in OI is much lower than volume and fall in price is mostly due to gap down open. IMHO, this is accumulation and, in mumbai stock exchange Guju terminology, it shows full tooo teji to come!

while i was bearish somewhat....have seen some research reports going for 6400 call buy...your target can be minimum 58 -65 the top of rounding bottom......quite clearly i am not trading any downside and stepping side in case of down moves...would look to only "buy" this year to avoid being caught on wrong foot. |

Mr Vinay
The levels you post for Nifty and for individual stocks are not clearly visible. Post the same with figures which could be easily readable.
Thanks and regards |
