put differently, close >6134 gives hammer on weekly and close >6225 gives hammer on monthly. Latter looks difficult considering global cues. you talked about -ve surprises. May be they have come and we haven't noticed them e.g. EM currencies. INR fell today. Breach of 63.40 with volume and particularly 64 will mean fast decline, much like last august. At the same time, remaining above 6200 may take it fast to 6500+. But I feel whatever happens will be fast and furious i.e. about 5 weeks snce pre-election rally most probably has to happen. Before that, it's all discounting.

me too...."time wise feb is bottom for me"....5900 or 5700....if 5900 is held by end Feb, i still dont think 5700 or lower shall come......
