BTW, INFY 200DMA is at 2530 and it has been trading above it since mrng.

circuit limit of 2550 ce is 179.75 and that of 2300pe is 89.85 and they will have to be raised today for me to sell. Smile

incidentally the infy ce is >R3 and pe >R1. and IV is 88%.

I think premium in infy options will start dropping sharply now. Sold my calls and half puts of infy.

with such a high IV, let me tell you what I think will happen tmrw.

gap up/down open and then 5-10% down/up and then up/down again and all premium will be wiped out. If at CMP of 2530, 2600ce is 150 then it is worthless till 2750 till expiry and that's why. Same for pe.

yep, the total of either side strike just doesnt give enough room to make profits for tomorrow, the premiums will erode and again they will move as per intrinsic value.

yeh.

There has been a block deal of 21274 shares in Infosys at Rs 2535.00 per share, valued at Rs 5.39 crore on NSE today.

5900pe has added 80% OI today, nearly doubled to 44 lakh shares. normally when it doubles, it becomes support for the series, lets see EOD where it sustains.
