so far so good.. welgro low made 5932.05
but question is how long will this hold considering the tgt given by you for bank nifty (8663) is rather scary....

Nifty for Thursday (18/07/13)

Supports are at about 5960, 5933 and 5855 while resistances are at about 6040 and 6105. A number of +WWs can give about 5994, 6000, 6028, 6060, 6070 and 6085 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Three -WWs can give about 5902, 5870 and 5852 (-WWs with lower targets are not mentioned presently). A daily bullish flag can give about 6085 unless killed below about 5700.

Nifty closed flat but above 5950 and 50/200 sma. RSI is not oversold and weekly chart shows bullishness and hence nifty may not fall much. However, daily candle is doji showing uncertainty, which can be removed by a +ve close well above 5974 on Thursday, preferably after a gap up open. A break below 5880 and a weekly close below about 5915 can cause further fall. Oil price and INR will remain key to the future of Indian markets in the short term. VIX and PCR are expected to remain high and can cause sharp swings. Only global cues and/or liquidity can take nifty further up.

Some days back ...

levels were.....

5700 5622.15 5569.9

Then i posted the updated levels

they were....

6000 5943.3 5881.25

Above 5569.9 we got target of 5881.25 nicely (profit of around 300 points )

so both the lower levels nifty has touched now we are waiting for either side break out trade which can be converted to good profit making trade.

Bharat.

Dear Friends,

This was posted on 4th july just nicely achieved 6000.

now if sustain above 6000 our target is 6357 6287.85 6231.25

The game of trend deciding has been started with my old levels ( vinay also knows that )

5970 --- 6020

Close above 6020 is chance to go long with closing base stop of 5970 and close below 5970 is a chance to go short with closing base stop of 6020.

Closed near these levels and next day gap up / down opening has its own importance.

I go by the belief that SLs worked out by traditional and well known methods often get triggered either due to momentum or by stop hunters, the latter particularly if market makers are planning a big contra move. Hence I am a bit more conservative. For me, daily close above/below 6040/5910 is the key. Not much different from yours.

By the way, I feel it may open gap up today and react, followed by a gap down tmrw, gap up on monday, down on tuesday and sharply up on wednesday and thursday thereby breaching 6040 on the up (unless it happens today itself). All this provided 5910 is not breached.
