nothing is impossible, apka. I had posted 7548NF over a week ago but now doubtful to me. |
If we take the crux of all the negative and poositive points we make know the direction.
Negatives:
1. since Iraq crises resulted in crude going up. our inflation numbers will be higher.
2. also the CAD deficit will increase as a result of higher oil bills.
3. Monsoon delay will add to inflation woes
4. Techincals:
A. rising wedge seems broken (waiting for close for confirmation)
B. negative divergence in RSI
Positives:
1. Government's Decisiveness and initiatives to bring the growth by getting the infra funding etc.
2. Nifty P/E yet to touch 22-23, current at 20
3. Positive expectations from the budget
4. Long term trend in bullish |

Buy At 7715.50. Target = 7769.51. Stoploss = 7653.776
Sell At 7521.95. Target = 7469.30. Stoploss = 7582.1256
mind u it has already broken today intra sell... i m still biased on the downside...

tight SL is close below 7600 but considering tmrw's BIG event, there could be extreme volatility and it can close below 7600 also. However, I feel it is a game to shake off weak hands and also have enough headroom for next rally and it should go up. once 7650 is taken out 7750 is possible. |

possibility of meeting both tgts on the downside very high.. since today's intra tgt and daily sell levels are overlapping....
SAR -7636 (as per JT;s volume sheet)... so do take note and trade with extreme caution......
