Nifty for Wednesday (02/07/14)
Supports are at about 7592-7581, 7544, 7521 and 7500 while resistances are at about 7659-7668. Previous highs are at about 7663/7679/7700 while previous highest close is at about 7657. Two +WWs can give about 7688 and 7731 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Five -WWs can give about 7621 (once below 7653), 7576 (once below 7612), 7528 (once below 7622) and 7492/7425 (once below 7632) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now).
Nifty closed flat and above 7600 and seems to have bullish tone. However, -ve div persists and daily candle is a likely evening doji star, which will be confirmed if nifty closes well below 7600 with a high volume, preferably after a gap down open. A close below 20 dma (about 7562) can cause more fall. A breach of 7700 with a close above 7657 can start a fresh rally. Tuesday was a NR7 day and we could see a big move on Wednesday. VIX can play spoil sport, this being a long expiry with budget due next week. Also, bad sentiment due to poor monsoon and poor fiscal numbers can kill the expected pre-budget rally. At the same time, liquidity is still abundant and one needs to be careful. It appears that global and local issues such as oil price, US$ and poor monsoon will decide future of market. |

My observation
If NF crosses 7700 decisively then be ready for 7800 - 7850 and may be 7900 (not sure, but will update) in near future. Not necessary in a shoot, may be a zig zag, as NF always moves
But cant say on timing, when. |

by one method, SL for shorts is 7723NF for intraday today. one could keep it with 5/15tf close.
I am still expecting a dip below 7600 first. |
