Nifty for Friday (25/07/14)

Supports are at about 7804, 7784, 7756 and 7625 while resistances are at about 7853, 7868, 7895, 7905 and 7975. A lower unfilled gap is at about 7684. Four +WWs can give about 7851, 7881, 7905 and 7978 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Four -WWs can give about 7758/10 (once below 7818), 7743 (once below 7809) and 7689 (once below 7812) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now).

Nifty rose again to close at an all time high and above 7800 and is very bullish. However, the -ve div persists. About 7862NF is a crucial level and has to be taken out for further rise. Weekly candle can be an evening star. A breach of 7804 is the first alert followed by a breach of 7750 and a close below 7705 may cause further fall. At the same time, liquidity juggernaut continues to roll like Rommel's Panzer division and one needs to think twice before shorting. VIX can cause wild intraday swings, this being a long expiry. Market will continue to dance to FIIs' whims and fancies.

You will see the magic
Let NF holding 7750/45, cross and sustain over 7785/95
Between 7760/7785 is no trade zone

What did I say, 7785/95

The moment it crossed 7795 decisively, it went up and up only
Laughing Laughing

For tomorrow
A gap up open or rise after open to 7845/55 and then a dip to 7520/15

In my previous post
Please read
"For tomorrow
A gap up open or rise after open to 7845/55 and then a dip to 7520/15"

as
"For tomorrow
A gap up open or rise after open to 7845/55 and then a dip to 7820/15"

Sorry for typo

I think a close at/below 7734 gives an inverted hammer on weekly.
