Nifty for Wednesday (30/07/14)
Supports are at about 7706, 7691, 7680, 7644 and 7628 while resistances are at about 7767, 7789, 7848 and 7878. A lower unfilled gap is at about 7684. 10/20 dma and 21 ema are at about 7706/7669/7663 resp. Two +WWs can give about 7821 (once above 7717) and 7823 (once above 7745) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 7702 and 7590 (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A HnS can give 7660 once below 7445.
Nifty fell again and closed below 7750 and seems bearish. There is +ve div on lower tf and a mild recovery is possible. About 7844NS is a crucial level and has to be taken out for further rise. A close below 7705 may cause further fall. At the same time, liquidity is strong and one needs to be careful. Being a truncated expiry week, we could see wild intraday swings. Market will continue to dance to FIIs' whims and fancies. |

| SGX up 37 points at 7784... The falls are so unreliable, takes 2 days to fall some 100 points and negated so quickly. |

that's why I sold nifty puts and bought infy and nifty calls. but I feel it will be shortlived and intend to reverse my position around 7790-7825 (if it comes hopefully) with august 7700pe. 7844 remains crucial. next target at least 7550 by about 8/8. |

yes i too got out of my shorts before the 20 pointer fall......better strategy to wait if unclear....no point overtrading....or being in trade always..... |
