my view .... QE can not continue forever and also cannot be stopped abruptly it will be a very slow and steady process. Right now FII selling in asian bond mkts / eqty mkts if asian countries start selling US bonds u can imagine what will happen .... China / Japan hold chunk of US bonds.

Just have a look at OTM options for dec.'13. 5500/5000/4500 puts are quoting 130/61/25 while 6000/6500/7000 calls are quoting 274/105/36. And these are options with good OI. That's why I smell a rat.

you will note that IV of call is relatively more than that of put. This means higher levels unless picture changes over time.

fomc will be out by 11.50 tonight.

ben can still be predicted but markets cant be Laughing

same comments made by him as last time that in due course QE will be tappered and withdrawn gradually by 2014.
