Nifty for Monday (02/06/14)
Supports are at about 7205, 7183, 7150, 7115, 7088 and 6985 while resistances are at about 7247, 7270, 7290, 7307, 7320, 7360 and 7388. Five +WWs can give about 7373, 7406 and 7302/7389/7422 (once above 7253) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 7105 and 6950 (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now).
Nifty fell but recovered to close -ve and below 7250 and is clearly bearish. If the freak low on Friday is to be considered (NF did not make a freak low), daily candle is a hammer and weekly candle is bearish engulfing. If the freak low is ignored, the daily candle is like a "low price" Harami, hinting at consolidation. However, monthly chart is still good and we may see a strong recovery even if nifty falls more next week. Nifty must first close above 10 dma (presently at 7291) first for any hope of a further rise. With all major news behind us, market will now dance to FIIs' tune, who have already shifted some funds to the debt market. |

| I had posted that I expect 7137NS as expiry. 7152/32NF is now possible. However, NS has already reached that price in a freak trade on Friday and hence bottom may be over. Next few days will tell us. |

exactly....so since u mention both short and long possiblities.....it as per me too should be interpreted as sell on rise to 7294 and buy on dips to 7140....lets see....we shall see range trading and not any explosive moves.... |

it did shoot up today. now to see how it closes by eod tmrw. |

ritesh, the imp criteria for market to go up is that it should NOT fill up the gap even if it comes down a lot. |
