Nifty for Friday (30/05/14)
Supports are at about 7217 and 7190 while resistances are at about 7288, 7317, 7340, 7365 and 7387. Previous low to watch for is at about 7206. Three +WWs can give about 7355 (once above 7302) and 7360/7387 (once above 7184, which is yet to be reached) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 7187 and 7136 (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now).
Nifty fell sharply to close below 7250 and also below 10 dma and is critically poised. Breach of 7194 and/or a close below 7206 on Friday could be bad. It must first close above 10 dma (~7290) on Friday for any hope of a further rise. Monthly chart is still good. With all major news behind us, market will now dance to FIIs' tune, who have already shifted some funds to the debt market. |

| Likely levels. As per Chandru's theory, March havala of 6644NF is yet to come. Incidentally, low of June NF was 6681 in early May. |

havala is an ancient term still used in Mumbai and means the bhavcopy (official) closing price of NF on expiry day. |

now long above 7251 trgts 7261/7279 and more upside above 7279 with stop at 7244/7240 |

the freak low was due to hdfc bank's freak low of 730. don't know if any other index scrip also had a freak low. must be a fat finger trade. |
