aisa strict definition lagao to...daily candle kabhi bhi inv hammer nehi hoga.
Hope Dow starts with 50 points today....
but heavy writing in PUTs 5700-5900. If down move comes it should be fast, other wise anda. |

hota hain, u can check 29-1-2013. kabhi ki baat toh bahut duur yeh recent hain. jitni badi body and wick utna jyada effective candle.
itne chote candles ko naam dogey, toh u can see several hammers, inverted hammers after every few days but they dont result in anything. |

apka, it surely can be called an inverted hammer since upper wick is >3 times real body. It can also be called a doji and an "imperfect" likely morning doji star. Latter to be confirmed by a gap down open and close well below 5945. |

i can agree with doji or imperfect mrng doji star... but for hammer/hanging man... the candle/body is too small and lower wick is more than the body size.
After 29-1-2013, 13-2-2013, 25-2-2013, 4-3-2013.... it doesnt fit the category of hanging man/hammer/inverted. |

your point is well taken. I forgot about longer lower wick than real body. How about an imperfect inverted hammer? |

5900pe has been hovering near 78-79 lakh OI since 3 days. It is unable to cross and stay above it EOD despite new high yesterday, unlike 5700pe and 5800pe. While 6000ce is adding OI slowly comfortably without seeing shedding.
So, it seems a fall towards 5880-5900 is going to come whether or not we rise a little till 6000 again. |

Huge OI in PUT....it is very strange...VIX at all time low....If we see most OI got built at lower levels... some volatility will be to throw out those writers I feel |

I have been telling that we may retest the low we made. But we need continuous bad news for that. Fingers crossed!! |
