Apka: Have you thought of circular trading?
Marwadis in Bombay do it. Concern A sells to B, B to C, C to A within same group. Bank gets "fooled" (like SBI got "fooled" by Bevda!) and gives higher limits.
Similarly here looks like FIIs are acting shaana and making us shiver in our kolhapuris!
Cheers, Prakash Holla
PS SBI is seriously going after Bevda. To recover Rs 5000 cr in KFA it will attach properties worth Rs 260 cr. ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Bevda is not worried as most of his personal assets and sister companies are NOT attached or attachable. I wrote to SBI to inform me who the passing officers were but strong silence

prakaswh/apka - apart from circular trading mentioned prakash, there is another one in which FIIs pass on their trades to each other like passing the ball. The last one gets trapped. |

It is at 29 now |
Spread is at 41 now. giving 11 points profit!! Better to get out!
Low risk profit is done. |

Without getting into my actual volume, it generates 2% return of capital in less than 1 week time. We can manage 25-30K for 1 lot pair.
Looking at 5800 CALL PUT or 5900 CALL PUT pair writing sometime on Monday or this Friday. But we need to judge the situation! |

Sense is that we can test around 5650 around. But somehow big OI in PUTs is giving confusing sense!!
Let's see how things unfold!! |

It will be three position though. Have not decided, but thinking of like this.
5800 CALL+PUT Sell current premium 160 around. safe upto 5960-5640. I feel reasonably safe. But it will be one more position along 5600 PUT buy with 18 rs. It will give safety.
What do you think? |
