Don't worry atleast for some time dow will keep on rebounding.It's near record high levels.Won't come down that easy.......atleast till short traders get frustrated. |
Its a good observation. However Dow has not been doing that in last a few years.
Till it corrects a bit, it will always be risk to carry longs I feel! |

its the first time Dow is retesting its all time high. We did 1st time in nov 2010 and fell.
Asia is disconnected from Europe and America right now. |

| Market is trading around 5733 after making a high around 5742. Immediate resistance for the market is in the range 5748-5753....if broken there is chance of testing 5777-5780 range....on the downside, immediate support is around 5727, below that we could test 5709 or even 5691-5685 range. For the last 2 days, we have witnessed some signs of recovery in the market. But we'll have to wait and see if this pullback is sustainable or not. Almost all of the stocks are entering over-sold scenarios, but that is not sufficient for reversals. At the same time, one should be cautious too. If somebody is a bit worried about the pullbacks, he/she can lock the profits from the shorts or even modify the stops according to their comfortable levels, I feel because if these small moves turns out to be accumulation at the lower levels, then there could be huge moves in the coming days which could upset the bears. Though I really doubt about such moves, we should still be prepared for any eventuality. Let's wait and see where we end the session today. |

Option trading has different dynamics. Also real time situation changes very rapidly. All I can tell, 5760-70 NF resistance area. So book 75% now and hold 25%. If market decide to go down, it can go upto 5720 NF around. intraday we may give up some ground if traded below 5748 NF now. but levels and dynamics will change! |
