Don't ask why. Smile

why can't I ask why angel

'cos, you can not ask questions if you visit only once a week and you will get a stupid answer. Anyway, the latter is a wild guess, though based on my reading of vix and keeping in mind elections in May. Smile

I didn't even ask why yet. Razz

I was being cheeky, though I got much depends on the election outcome and things that build up this year. I suppose both side ends are open due to elections. It's going to be anybody guess this time.

I am wondering how opening of trading VIX is going to affect the options in May series. The VIX is right now quiet low. Once buying starts late april-may, VIX could go to double the levels also. What could be the best way to hedge for election, to make $, I am wondering.

Thanks for Nifty for Monday

Can you please post the charts or details (tf and points 1 and 2) of these +wws.

Thanks

I know, you wont reply this time also, like my previous post, that remain unreplied.

So, not asking
Either for chart or details (tf and points 1 and 2) of the +wws of Tuesdays report.

saumya, I told you last time that I just find the points and note down targets. I don't draw charts or points. So searching for them is always hell for me. It's not that I don't like (to reply to) you. Smile let me try

Okay, wont ask why
I think, I know the answer.

But curious to know,
It is 5000 - 7200 or it will be 7200 - 5000

Just in simple terms
First 7200 then 5000
OR
First 5000 then 7200

if war in Ukraine goes out of control, we may see 5200 in march itself. otherwise, if all ends well and 6170 holds, I am still looking at 6400+ in march

As mentioned in previous post, Nifty though moved out of Kumo and made a high of 6282.7 but could not sustain at higher levels and LTP as on 28.2.14 was 6269.2 just below the resistance line.

Now, though Chikou also has crossed out of the Kumo but is still below the resistance level of 6270 and price line.

The second sign of bullishness has also appeared, Tenkan sen has crossed the Kijun sen from below. So let us see what happens next.

But, unless Nifty crosses the resistance levels of 6270 - 6294 on closing basis, it can not move to new higher levels.

Further, if Nifty reverts from the present level or not able to cross above mentioned resistance levels, then can falls upto 6200 (Kumo lower level) or further lower levels in near future.

Resistance levels 6270/5 - 6294 - 6320 - 6350
Support levels 6260 - 6245- 6220 - 6200/6195 - 6171

As feared, Nifty tried but failed to sustain above 6271 and fell down.
LTP was 6217.55

For tomorrow,
If Nifty remains below 6220 and breaks the Senkou sen support (a major support) then more fall can be seen

The resistance and support levels are

Resistance levels 6220 - 6245 - 6260 - 6270/5 - 6294
Support levels 6200/6195 - 6171 - 6132 - 6090

Yes ,I see it as today's opening as well as low in the terminal .But failed to trace it in tick list. As per tick the opening was 6239 possibly that could be the low too. For all practical purposes we should consider this figure.
