vinay, FII bought about 1100cr nifty futures... if they are net buyers then who writes those fut? DIIs + HNIs + Retailers? Can they account for so much? Are ETFs counted as FII?

of course yes.

shift to mid/small cap may indicate a lull for a day or two.

special trading session on saturday from 11.15 to 12.45 means some "kabada" to give a "proper" weekly close!! Smile

hmm ok.

11-May is trading day, wasnt aware. these days hardly change nifty levels. rather premium losing days.

yes masa, unfortunately puts are adding OI but the total OI is not huge enough yet to judge anything from my side. 57,22,350 total OI for 6000pe.

apka.. according to Gann chart, nifty @ profit taking area, but this doesn't mean it start falling suddenly. Might stay here or go small higher and higher to eat premium. better to stay out. what you say.

apka..according to MP intraday chart today Nifty tested @ 6025 which is yesterdays VAH. Today's close @ today's VAH, which is very much balanced close. Tomorrow might open flat. If open flat, might remain flat and show HH HL.

if you are worried you can also exit if NS/NF crosses over yeterday's high by a gap up open or after a gap up open considering yesterday's hanging man.

My earlier comment is because nifty may react from 6130 to 5930/5860/5730 before going to 6290. Otherwise, straight to 6290 by next Thursday.

yeh that and if weekly monthly candles line is to cross at 6090 then a rise of 30-40 points only to retreat back i dont know if thats likely or not. if 6100 crosses, i will just sit out may series and wait for something new to develop before entering.

ok.

meanwhile axis had rallied from 1200->1500 almost same as sbin which rallied 400 points.

axis cracked now. i am beginning to think its as important as SBIN LT to keep track of as a market indicator.

It's possible that today's candle may be a gapped up hanging man or a doji.
