GDP data due for release around 11am. Bloomberg forecast 4.8%. Previous 4.5%

Market unlikely to react to sub 5% Q4 GDP number: Udayan

4.8%, apparently as expected.

likely lower levels 6010/5970/30/5865. Otherwise above 6130 is bullish.

Tax: Look at the poor volumes. Market is asleep and we are falling asleep. Hope things get better after Europe opens.
What a recovery in Japan after false rumors y'day. Looks like all markets incl in so called developed countries can be manipulated by unscrupulous sharks! Jai Hind. Prakash Holla

You are right, everything is manipulated to suit only the people holding on to loads of power and money. anger4

Calls shredded with increasing open interest. Longs seems to be offloaded in NF. Buying interest is going down. But seems we have good support near by 6K.

6000 PE is adding OI all through ...what is this...is it buying or shorting?

buying going on in all options right now. total OI is very low for all strikes, OI is being added to all.

Isn't it a big sign of worry then....even before the fall started 6000 PE was having highest OI.....

not necessarily, anything under 80 lakhs i dont consider significant enough to provide a cushion. if it keeps adding more incase of further fall, it may provide support for couple of days.

writers will let OI be added being start of the series. so it should not be corelated right now.
