How can somebody blame everything on one man....
Infy's main problem since years is their conservative approach. This approach was good and it worked once upon a time but not anymore. They need to be more nimble, agile and open to changes...
Right now they have put their future in the hands of a few white senators in the US...didnt they see it coming..?
NRM is seriously over-hyped as a manager in my opinion....Nilekani is the man who turned it around.... and then Infy started playing musical chairs swapping the top position amongst the founders...
Hope they get it right this time around for the sake of the employees... |

| shibulal was the problem for over a year and I am sure they had sensed it but couldn't remove him. I agree that NRM is overhyped. |
