Nifty for Monday (12/05/14)
Supports are at about 6836 and 6743 while resistances are at about 6883, 6704, 6943 and 6963. A +WW can give about 7156 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Three -WWs can give about 6813 (once below 6851), 6816 (once below 6942, which is yet to be reached) and 6550 (once below 6788) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). A bullish flag can give higher levels unless killed below about 6720.
Nifty rose sharply to make an all time high and closed above 6850 and has suddenly turned very bullish. Also, daily candle is a Marubuzo and weekly candle is bullish engulfing, both strong signs. However, bulls should be careful since there is a mild -ve div both on daily and weekly charts. Since exit poll results will be out on Monday evening, VIX can cause wild swings in nifty. Hence, it is best not to trade on Monday.Oil price and/or INR and other global cues will remain key to the future of Indian markets in short to medium term. |

| ok so exit polls are now out... ignoring the actual numbers it for sure that NDA makes the govt. out of 272 how much does BJP actually get may be the number to watch out for. the more .. the better |

can still...remember to touch 7800+ by Aug / Sep....see past election history....runj up 300-400 points can still continue.....only point is "whether election results shall match the exit polls"...that is still very grey area.... |
