that's because vix dropped from 36 to 34.55. It has recovered again and so have premiums. if u r long in options pl remember that once results are known, vix will dive. hence trading for tmrw is risky

So Vinay Sir,

Do you suggest squaring off option positions today itself?
I have 7500 Call positions pending.

no "sir" pl.

IMHO, the range immediately post results is 7400-6800. Hence buying options doesn't make sense considering their value now and noting that vix and hence premiums will crash after results. Gamble is the only way. I have small qty of 6600pe just in case, SL not decided now. This is because chances of a higher fall are more if results are not good as compared to rise in CEs if results are good.

there will be a 15 min pre-open session after every halt, which will allow only delivery based trades.

also, circuit limits for individual stocks will be same but with a rider e.g. once a scrip hits 9.90%, it will be allowed to hit 10% circuit only if there are 10 trades from 10 different IDs.
