tomorrow wild swing possible, depending on how numbers released shape up from morning to afternoon. |

something abt inside bars i would like to share...
they work very well with higher TF, like 1 hr or 5 hrs or daily... the higher the better...i have also observed that not all IB's breakout are successful...
first case, once the IB high or low is taken out, generally it moves with a min 50 points after the break out...(either buy or sell)
second, if it doesnt go in favour immediately after, then make note of the next candle high or low... if the next bar takes out the high or low of the previous candle, then the success ratio is far greater....
example, yest NF candle was an IB.. so yest high 7171 was taken out today with a high of 7182.10.. however did not succeed.. so may be once today's high is taken out tomm, then we can hold position till EOD, (basically not exiting pre-maturely, as such cases(IB breakouts on 2 ndcandle) results in higher number of points if held till the end)...

Nifty for Friday (16/05/14)
Supports are at about 7083, 7025, 6945, 6864, 6836, 6786, 6741 and 6713 while resistances are at about 7127, 7147, 7187 and 7307. Unfilled gap on lower side is at about 7014. Two +WWs can give about 7249 and 7659 (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Three -WWs can give about 7033 (once below 7152), 7000 (once below 7200) and 6630 (once below 7012) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). An DT can give about 6995 in case of a BD below 7080. BD of a rising wedge can give about 6650 if nifty falls.
Nifty closed mildly +ve and above 7100. The daily candle is a doji again, which is expected considering the major event on Friday. First sign of alarm is sustaining below 7080 but a close at/below 6966 on Friday may cause major fall. VIX can cause wild swings in nifty. Oil price and/or INR and other global cues will remain key to the future of Indian markets in short to medium term. |

I did warn so yesterday. what else did you expect. vix has hardly any importance now. Now to watch pcr which made a low of 0.74 yesterday. |
