today's rally is a good example of FA/SA combination but I wonder how many will agree.

fundamental and psychological analysis though latter is refered to as SA and not PA

I had mentioned about Nifty forming an inverted Head and Shoulder yesterday....just see how beautiful the breakout of that pattern was.... Very Happy ...by the way, as per the pattern the target is around 5710-5715 which has already been achieved...so one must be a be cautious from here onwards.....I feel...

Sold BankNifty again now...around 11640....stoploss is " today's high "....will be holding for thursday....its risky though.... Rolling Eyes

I know that Taxmann...that's why I said its risky.....I have done that as I have long positions (stocks) in profit which I don't want to exit at this point of time....so, I have already bought NIFTY December PUTs....but i was not comfortable buying BankNifty options...that's why sold the futures....small quantities, because of the risk....if you look at the BankNifty, it is also forming some kinda IHNS....which is a scary thing for short positions...but again, its just for hedging purpose..not as a trading position.... Very Happy

I'm a bit skeptic about the market move.....if the market tests 5750...then I'll suggest people to buy PUTs today itself...at least much lower December PUTs....anyway, that's my personal opinion.... Very Happy

I think 5750 is kept for the gap up on expiry day, Laughing
