Taxmann, this move looks like a breakout in the daily chart...but if I look higher tf, the market is nearing rough times....but one will have to wait and see....if the long term charts will turn to bullish too....  ..fingers crossed... |

I don't think we'll close above 5800 levels today....the chances are pretty less....but again, its market....anything can happen....so, let's wait and watch... |

| Bought a few 5800 DEC PUTs now...around 67.5...will be buying 5800 PUTs if the market goes up from here.....just for a change.... |

| Looks very much like BankNifty is heading for its medium term target of 11900.....I never felt that we'll be reaching there in November itself...that's how market works....when everyone think it wont happen...the market will make it happen.... |

I had mentioned on Tuesday that there is a big move coming in the U.S. markets.....I was expecting it to happen on either Tuesday or Wednesday.....The DOW had gone up from a low of around 12760 to almost 13000 yesterday.....but if you compare it from the monday CLOSE, the net difference is not much......To be frank, I was not expecting this kinda move....I was expecting a big NET move...something like a 200 or 300 point move from Monday's close....Now i have a feeling like I got it wrong with the timing....may be that move is about to come....especially as we're nearing the month end.....So, anything can happen in the global stock market scenario in the next few days, I feel....most of the technical indicators "in the shorter time frame" are pointing to another surge for equities....anyway, let's wait and see.... |

Most probable expiry area as per my analysis is 5728-5748...then comes 5695-5705........then there is 5650-5620 area which is extremely unlikely.....These are my expectations regarding the expiry...but looking at the current levels, I dont think I'll be right.... |

I am a bit scared about those upgrade comments from GS, Moody and many more on Indian Markets. Many time before such euphoria came and they were exiting on the sly so may be Samji you may be right on ur prediction.

One thing is for sure, people across the globe are not pessimistic about our country.....as per some of the data I have seen recently, we'll be one of the few countries which could do well in the next 2 or three years....yesterday, I saw a Goldman report regarding their GDP projection of various countries...looked promising to me...but will it be enough for the market to go up??...its another thing...the data is posted here... |
