Nifty for Wednesday (11/11/15) and beyond

Supports are closely spaced at about 7748, 7739, 7723, 7712 and 7699 while resistances are at about 7812, 7830, 7851, 7867, 7885, 7900, 7930 and 8002. 50 dma is at about 7989. Unfilled gap on higher side is at about 7916. Two +WWs can give about 7860 (if above 7795) and 7898 (if above 7825) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). A -WW can give about 7600 (if below 8032) (-WWs with lower targets are not mentioned as of now).

Nifty fell sharply in spite of a big gap down open to close strongly -ve and below 7800. Daily candle is an Inside Bar suggesting a likely reversal but candle is too big to provide confidence to bulls. However, the bullish div is very strong and can give a sharp and vicious recovery soon but only if buying emerges. Nifty must close above 7955/7982 to give hopes to bulls. A close below 7788 can mean more pain. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term. Avoid trading as it is only for an hour and also because its a truncated week.

if MSCI re-constitution to be announced soon works out well, nifty will blast on the up. market fell yesterday for same reason.

Supports are at about 7810, 7799 and 7702 while resistances are at about 7834, 7845, 7863, 7889 and 8002. Unfilled gaps on higher/lower sides are at about 7916/7783 resp. Two +WWs can give about 7862 (if above 7793) and 7900 (if above 7823) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). A -WW can give about 7600 (if below 8034) (-WWs with lower targets are not mentioned as of now).

Daily candle is an Inside Bar cum bullish harami suggesting a likely reversal but (a) both candles are red and it was a very short trading period and hence may not alter situation much. However, the bullish div is very strong and can give a sharp and vicious recovery soon but only if buying emerges. Nifty must close above 7838/77 to begin with while a close below 7717 can mean more pain. Global and local eco-political events can have a bearing on how nifty moves in short term. MSCI re-constitution expected soon can affect market in a major way.
