But premium has broken down today in Calls.....why?

meaning? upto 6300ce all calls have added a positive close compared to yesterday, value may have eroded a little due to VIX dropping and weekend closing.

Trend reversal can happen after a gap up open also. AND, it need not happen in spite of a gap down open.

apka, that's what I meant when I said "it need not happen". It also includes a flat trend.

reasons - (a) candles don't always cause prices to happen, it is always the other way. Candles can only hint at a possibility from study of past events. And (b) hanging man actually results in bullish trend continuation in 59% of the cases, which means success rate of reversal is 41%.

SL is 6130.

as such 6162NF was a high twice, once in 2007 and then a couplf of years later. So 6162 and 6190NF are crucial, equivalent to about 6140/70NS.

ok, in addition to your numbers, the recent highs of NF as I see on charts on days were 6176, 6196-6206 and 6239.
