Looks like choppy trading in NF today. But thanks to Umesh (Gann) and Al Brooks, already done 2 profitable trades in N6200C. Now waiting for third expert, JT, to give reward for buying/ selling at his levels!

Looks like NF is entering into "no-trade" zone. Hovering like birds above 20 ema in small 5min candles, ADX/DM+/DM- sliding together down to bottom, very poor volumes, RSI (5) is at neutral 50.

Update at 1325: After little bit of artificial excitement, back to position just above 20 ema and 50 ema! ADX/DM+/DM- sliding down together, RSI (5) near 50, poor volumes. YAWN! |

| 30 mins changed it....not evening star but hanging man ...still bearish "as such" ...i am bullish for tomorrow and bearish for Wednesday.... |

also an evening star. To be defeated by a +ve close, particularly with a gap up open. Vice versa confirms it. By the way, hanging man is bearish in 41% cases only, the rest 59% is trend continuation. |

| Vinay..how is VIX behaving and any predictions based on that ..it has fallen from 25-26 and near 200dma support of 18.5 (approx.). ...since writers have already pocketed the premium..would it be a case of rise of VIX in next few days or it can go sideways... |

when vix went below 20, I posted last week that I don't like it since nifty should have made an all time high with vix below 20. I feel it will play spoilsport, at least in oct. Today also it was climbing when nifty was rising, which was not a good sign. Also, today's candle is like an inverted hammer. I am getting a feeling that expiry could be merely 6100+, unless 6280 is taken out by tmrw/wednesday. I also feel that the much talked about surprise may come tmrw/wednesday with a, perhaps, 100-150 point fall. However, this is not a bearish prediction. Merely a rotation from large caps to mid/small caps for a few days till all premium is gobbled up. |

as per fno 6100 6200 has crossed as felt...there is scope to cross 6300 .. No confirmation though yet.
We could easily cross all time high. Call side writing / OI build up is not aggressively taken. Highest Call strike OI is timidly near 50 lakhs. |

yes manoj. But note that nifty has gone well above R4 level in the past as often happens in a overbought condition. |
