India will finance its current account deficit fully in the fiscal year ending March without drawing down on its reserves, and will also contain the fiscal deficit at 4.8 percent of GDP, Economic Affairs Secretary Arvind Mayaram said on Tuesday.

Not sure, how they aim to do it. But refinance means additional debt. And already in 5 months fiscal deficit trgt has touched 75%, 7 months to go, how will they contain? Last year FM did not special, except cross and cancel expenditure of 1 Lakh crore in the defense & military sector.

Not sure, how they aim to do it. .

Apka: Pseculiars se zyada BESHARAM koi nahi. (1) They will say sorry and draw down anyway, (2) They will revalue the reserves using some obscure rule and draw down the increase due to revaluation
Notice how Dhoti-ram is laughing at Moily's efforts to reduce FE drain on crude? This over smart Madrasi does it in every ministry he works in. Back stabbing. Only he should shine! Earlier he tried hard to stab Nilekani by giving fresh life to Home Ministry ID card.
Mayaram proposes, Dhoti-ram disposes? Jai Hind, Prakash Holla

a SL of less than 10% for a out of the money call is too tight. with high premium prevailing, it should be at least a bit below 25% below today's high. so if today's high was say 90, SL should be about 65

A gain or loss of 1,950 points in BSE's benchmark index sensex will bring a nationwide trading halt for up to one hour in a day till October 11, while such circuits would be calculated on a daily basis thereafter.
