For me, if nifty able to close near 8110 , which is 180 point upmove Shocked (which is possible less likely ), that is serious note for bullish and I will expect 8385 to be touched tomorrow on intraday basis. Laughing

Being 7820 - 7840 is bottom target for most brokerages and MFs, i don't think market will go upto there and market should reverse from before that most certainly.

Expected this yesterday..but happened today... if Nifty spot able to close around or higher than 8110 level, then tomorrow intraday basis i expect 8385 as high but not sure about tomorrow closing.. let see...

ritesh, if Scotland votes for separation, it will affect british pound a lot and perhaps euro and FIIs will be nervous today. But I am still sticking to my 8235/65 for expiry. first sign will be close above 8055/66 today and then 8133.

week (Friday) must close at least above 8030NS and preferably above 8111NS.

by another method, daily close above 8133NS is needed.

gentle reminder of yesterday's post.

part target met. tmrw must close above 8133 and preferably 8174.

Nifty for Friday (19/09/14)

Supports are at about 8099, 8057/48 and 7991 while resistances are at about 8136, 8157, 8178, 8191 and 8240/50. Unfilled gap on higher side is at about 8153. Three +WWs can give about 8144 (if above 8009), 8190 (if above 8029) and 8224 (if above 8078) (+WWs with higher targets are not mentioned as of now). Two -WWs can give about 8078 (once below 8143) and 8025 (once below 8054) (-WWs with much lower targets are not mentioned as of now). An IHnS can give about 8275 if nifty remains above 7940. Two rising wedges can give much lower levels if nifty goes down again.

Nifty rose sharply in spite of a gap down open to close above 8100, confirming sharp reversal posted yesterday. However, the rally can fizzle out if rsi doesn't cross above 75 on daily chart. Nifty must sustain above 8157 and not sustain below 8050. It should also close well above 8119, preferably above 8133/74 on Friday to remain bullish. A close below 8030 may cause sharp fall again. Even sustaining below 8102 for more than 2 days can cause a fall. Global events can have a bearing on how nifty moves. Liquidity continues to be strong. Intraday volatility can cause wild swings.

many thanks Mr Raja. Though you always post NF, just confirming it. if it is, it more or less tallies with my 8102 posted earlier for Friday. Nifty can go below 7200 if this rally fizzles i.e. doesn't go up and close above 8178 soon.

Mr Vinay,

My earlier post is for tomorrow's trading..

For positional trade, as of now SPOT Nifty should close above 8125 in EOD.. If it does it, it can go to 8450. As long as it doesn't close above 8125, downside is opened to 7500 - 7125

agreed in toto. my levels for new higher levels are 8178 for weekly close and 8156 for the monthly close, not expiry.
