Could be. Chetan has been saying about it. He is expecting it. I feel the same. It is possible. However, closing above 4780 or breaking 4820 appears difficult. Fortunately, or unfortunately, i do not have the courage to predict the outcome today. As all we knw it wont take much time for the market to break these levels....it might happen today itself. But again, the chances are slim. |

I bought nifty just now.
On 3rd I had posed that nifty could be down on 4th and 5th. So far so good. I feel it will be up tmrw (6th) and then down on 7th (sat) and 9th (mon). Up again on 10th (tues) |

That might be a very good one. I mean it wont be a bad move to buy Nifty. By the way, if i'm long in Nifty, I'll be keeping a stop-loss below 4720. It wont be a bad idea to buy it again if it comes to 4720 levels and then keeping a stop-loss below 4705. Having said that, I'm still bearish. I'm thinking about selling nifty at higher levels again. But the situation could change tomorrow. We can only wait and watch.  |

Hi,
The market opened a bit weak reflecting the weakness shown by the asian markets. I'm still maintaining my bearish view about the market. However, if someone is interested in a Nifty LONG trade, this is the right time. One can buy it in the range 4705-4720 with stoploss below 4700. The targets can be 4750/4780, which are likely to be resistances for the day. If the market goes below 4700, then it will become a "Sell on Rise" kind of market, i believe. Then i dont think 4680 will hold for much longer. For me, 4680 doesn't look that significant now, at least for the positional trades. However, I expect another pullback to 4900 after this down-move, if any.
NOTE: All the levels mentioned here are spot levels.

sam, i just a get a feeling that one could get a chance to buy around 4700 spot and ultimate SL should be 4665/4670 spot. i am thinking about target of 4760/70 spot.
period to watch - 10.30 to 12 |

Vinay,
Look at the Nifty, it is really under pressure now. It is trading below yesterday's low for the last 1 hour. It shows real weakness. So, I still believe if Nifty goes below 4700, then its time to go SHORT......As far as BankNifty is concerned, it looks better than Nifty at this point of time. So, I'll be lookin to go LONG in selective banking stocks. Thats the strategy I have as of now. |
